Solves the problem of tedious dice rolling when you have a huge army.

This app is a dice roller for the board game 'Risk' and is intended to be used in conjunction with the physical board game.

• Dice roller – Automatically matches up highest values

• Unit counter – Can automatically tick down after each roll

• Auto-roll – Continuously rolls until there are no more troops or stopped manually

What's New in Version 1.0.3

Name change. Here's an e-mail transcript detailing why :(

I am a little puzzled why you keep coming back with names that continue to include "RISK" or some form of that word. I could not have been clearer that anything that included the word "risk" or anything similar in sight, sound or meaning would infringe Hasbro's RISK® trademark. If you are uncertain or disagree, you should consult your own attorney regarding an appropriate name.

How about R.I.S.K. Roll

No. That still includes the word "RISK" and is legally no different than Risk Roll.

Hi Carin,

What about using a new word such as Riskroll. Are you okay with that?

Hi Xiao,

I have no suggestions for a new name other than that it does not include the word RISK!

Be creative, and good luck.

Hi Carin,

I am getting in touch with Apple about getting the name changed. Do you have any suggestions for the new name?

Dear Xiao,

Thank you for your prompt response.

To clarify Hasbro's claim, its only issue is with the name of your app, which incorporates Hasbro's RISK® trademark, and your use of the RISK® trademark as a key word. Hasbro has no issues with the app itself. While Hasbro appreciates your enthusiasm for the game, it must protect its intellectual property, and therefore requires that you rename your application to something that does not include the RISK® trademark or anything confusingly similar to it, and stop using the RISK® mark as a keyword.

Please let me know when you have changed the name of your app and removed "RISK" as a key word so that we can inform Apple that the matter is resolved.

Dear Carin Reynolds

I have received a notification from apple that my app may infringe on your intellectual property.

Please know that I do offer my app for free and do so purely because I enjoy the game and want to support it.

Let me know if there are any issues you want to discuss.

Best regards,
